Setup

Activate your recorder.

Three quick steps. Every button below opens NotaVoice in a new tab.

    Create or sign in to NotaVoice

    Your recordings live in your NotaVoice account. A free account works — paid plans unlock more transcription.

    Pair your pen

    In the NotaVoice app, open Settings ▸ Devices ▸ Add device by serial. Type the serial shown on your Recorder's screen — or, if your Recorder shows a QR code, tap Scan QR and read it with your phone's camera. Your pen finishes pairing automatically once it's on Wi-Fi.

    Record your first note

    Press the button to start. When you stop, your recording auto-syncs over Wi-Fi and appears in your notes within seconds.
