Shipping & Returns

We ship the NotaVoice Recorder to the United States and Canada only. We can't deliver to any other destination at this time, including the UK, EU, and Australia, and checkout only accepts US and Canadian shipping addresses.

If you're outside these regions, email support@notavoice.com and we'll let you know as soon as your country opens.

Shipping is a flat $8 per Recorder unit, added as a separate line at checkout. It scales with quantity — two units are $16, three units are $24. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Accessories — SD cards, sticker packs, clip-on cases and other add-ons — ship free when added to a Recorder order. If you order accessories on their own, a single flat $8 shipping charge covers the whole order, however many accessories it contains.

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated by our payment processor at checkout and shown before you pay.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days in the continental US and 5–10 business days in Canada. You'll get a tracking link by email when your parcel ships.

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. Those charges are set by Canadian customs and are the recipient's responsibility.

You can return a Recorder within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The unit must be complete and in resellable condition, with the SD card, cable, and quick-start card included.

Email support@notavoice.com with your order reference to start a return. We'll send return instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the unit arrived damaged or faulty — in that case we cover it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned unit being received and checked.

Every Recorder includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing and component defects. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal battery wear. We'll repair or replace a covered unit at our discretion.
